I was wandering through the Celebrity web site and found this regarding number of formal nights for dinner. Looks like we will have three.

Rebecca - thanks for that info. It certainly helps when trying to figure out what to bring for clothes. I actually thought there would be more formal nights but I am glad to see there are only 3. I generally don't get dressed to the 9s but I fancy it up a bit. I hate sitting around in all the formal wear after so I would prefer to be more comfortable.
Barb - I have one of those sticks that cleans anything EXCEPT oil-based stains (like dressing). I carry it everywhere now so I will have it with me. I also bring a small container of clothes soap so you can always rinse it out in the sink. Plus, worst case, they have a dry cleaners on the ship.
It's May 20 and we only have 1 hour to go until we leave for NYC! See you all in Venice!
Our Motto
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO what a ride!'

I am going to wear the same outfit for every formal night--cuts down on packing. Just hope I don't spill anything on it the first 2 nights!!!
