Here are my thoughts -
Dubrovnik -
The Fodor's book recommended walking the City Walls. However, it's ALOT of walking and steps so I'm not 100% sold on this one. Putting it down for consideration though.
DU05 - Walking the City Walls & Maritime Museum -or-
DU02 - Panoromic Dubrovnik by Coach and City Tour
Santorini -
The sunset from Oia is supposed to be spectacular. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear we will be there that late.
SO01 - Village of Oia & Santorini Island
Athens -
PR05 - Athens Sightseeing & Acropolis
Naples/Capri -
NP03 - Exploration of Pompeii -and-
NP06 - The Ruins of Herculaneum
Rome -
Leaning towards the big $345 tour as I have never been to Rome and want to see as much as I can. However, will take recommendations from the ones who have already been there.
CV07 - Exclusive, Best of Rome -or-
CV02 - Imperial Rome
Florence/Pisa -
LV31 - Explore Florence & Piso on your own (like Barb I want to see the real David and the Leaning Tower of Pisa - would rather not have to pay $345 to do so)
Nice
VF11 - Monaco & Monte Carlo -or-
VF06 - Monte Carlo & Grand Casino
Haven't reviewed Venice or Barcelona yet since I thought we would probably do those on our own. But that could change if it makes sense to take advantage of what the cruise is offering.

Rebecca - I am on board with several of your trips. In terms of Rome, you might want to check with Reba and/or Bernice to see if any of them are doing the "big" one as well. For that long of a day, it might be fun to have company. Barb and I will definitely be doing the short trip (4 hours to the olive oil and wine - yummmm) and then we might hit the hot tubs since they will be empty! We should do a spreadsheet on who has picked which ones.
Rebecca - I'm doing a big tour in Rome also, but not the biggest. Right now, I'm considering CV01, Rome, The Eternal City. If I don't see everything in 10 hours, I'll get post cards. I'm also doing a big one in Naples which will be 9.5 hours that will take us in minivans to the city center.
Reba - Took just a quick glance at the tour you are doing and the only thing I see it doesn't cover that I wanted to see (may be more - I will do a more thorough review this evening) is the Trevi Fountain (wanted to throw the coin in). So, I may switch to your's, I agree, I will be more fun with someone else.
Rebecca - I wanted to toss a coin in the Trevi fountain also, but decided against it to save a little money. Maybe my tour bus will slow down while passing it and I can lob a nickel in.
